All carriers must check in no later than 7:00PM on Monday, October 5, 2026, or freight will be shipped via LibertyCFS NV Inc.'s terms, Seven business day standard ground service, at exhibitor expense.

Booth Information

Each 8'x8' booth includes:

  • 8'H Draped backwall
  • 3'H Draped sidewall
  • (1) 6' Black Skirted Table
  • (2) Side Chairs
  • (1) Wastebasket
  • (1) Exhibitor ID Sign

Carpet Color:  Exhibits are in the arena concourse and do NOT include carpet.

Shipping Information

Advance Shipments

Please print the advance shipment labels by clicking on Material Handling & Shipping in the submenu bar.

Additional Advance Shipment Information

Shipments should arrive between Friday, August 28, 2026 and Friday, September 25, 2026.

 Advance warehouse receiving hours are Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Freight received at the Advance Warehouse after the published deadline will be charged an additional 50% per cwt surcharge.

All items shipped to the advanced warehouse or show site will incur material handling fees. Be sure to understand ALL associated fees prior to shipping. Fees can be found under the Material Handling & Shipping submenu bar.

Direct Shipments

To ship items show site requires advanced approval from the Conference. Email mvoetberg@conferenceforwomen.org for approval.

Please go to the "Material Handling" tab and
print out the Direct/Show Site Shipping Label.

Additional Direct Shipment Information

Direct shipments will be accepted on Sunday, October 4, 2026.
